Class Action in atto contro Babolat North America, per via della solita storia dell'orso (racchette retail not equal to racchette dei pro)...
The Action claims that Babolat advertised the Racquets as being used by professional tennis players in the same form available for purchase by the public when allegedly they were not and that it advertised and labeled its Racquets’ with GT Technology as containing tungsten when allegedly the Racquets did not contain tungsten. Babolat denies it did anything wrong. Both sides have agreed to settle the case and give monetary benefits to Settlement Class Members.

ricordo a tutti che la YONEX è L'UNICA che non permette telai differenti tra quelle dei negozi e quelle in mano ai PRO (se non per piombo, silicone o altro aggiunti successivamente dal giocatore).

Credo proprio che fra tutte il podio se lo meriti Head. La Speed di Djokovic, la Instinct di Maria o Berdych....tutte PT,TG,TGK......o ti sbatti o non le compri. Wilson non è a quel livello, ma il secondo posto è suo. Trovo sinceramente tra tutte la Babolat,la "meno colpevole". Non avendo laboratori dedicati. A quello che so,i pro usano le versioni no cortex,per scelta loro. Le castomizzazioni sono altro discorso.
